Keith Ferguson BSc

Geologist

Keith graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology with a Geological Technology Diploma in 2010 and subsequently joined APEX in 2011 as a geotechnologist. His keen interest in geology led him to pursue his BSc in Geology from the University of Alberta, which he received in 2018. During his studies Keith continued to work with APEX during each summer field season.

From 2011-2013 Keith worked on multiple jobs, primarily in Australia, with some experience in the Canadian Arctic and Nigeria. During his summer breaks and after graduating from university, most of his experience has been within Canada in many provinces, as well as in Uganda. His expertise is in many types of fieldwork including core logging, geochemical sampling, core teching, and surveying.
