Yuliana Proenza MEng, P.Geo.
Senior Geologist
Yuliana graduated with a B.Sc. in Earth & Planetary Sciences from McGill University (2007) and M.Eng. in Clean Energy Engineering from University of British Columbia (2012). She has been a registered Professional Geologist (P.Geo.) with the Engineers & Geoscientists, British Columbia (EGBC) since 2014. Yuliana’s technical experience includes over 15 years of work on basement-hosted and unconformity-related uranium, magmatic nickel-copper-PGEs, Archean lode (Quebec) and epithermal (Cordilleran) gold, volcanic- and sediment-hosted massive sulphides, and copper-gold porphyry in addition to exploration and development of geothermal energy projects throughout Canada and the Americas.
Since joining APEX in 2011, she has provided geologic consulting services for clients throughout North and South America including project management, land & tenure management, employee hiring and supervision, NI 43-101 technical reports, GIS data management, 3D geological modeling, QA/QC, managing and supporting field programs, including supporting geochemical, geophysical, prospecting, mapping and drilling campaigns.
